Let me introduce you to the lovely Bethan Williams who today is on my blog posting about her aspirations for the future. Remember to follow her brilliant blog and follow her on twitter @BethanWilliams_ too...
Growing up, I have never known what I wanted to do or be when I was older. To this very day, I still don't know what I want to be. I am currently studying at sixth form. I am studying Welsh, Biology and Maths. After finishing sixth form, I would like to go onto University. At one point, I wanted to study Law and Criminology, but after looking into it, I realised that it was subject you have to be fully into. I do find it very interesting but I don't think that my heart is fully set on doing something like that.
Recently, I have been thinking of possible career paths to go down and I am currently looking into metal health care. I really want to do something that will be beneficial and could potentially change someone’s life. I think I would enjoy doing this because it would help people.
Besides University, I really want to go travelling. It has always been something I have wanted to do. I am lucky enough to have my bestfriend who also wants to go travelling. We do have plans to travel in the future, but have no idea when. I think that travelling is a great thing to do. You get to see the world. Yes, you might not get to go everywhere but you will see more places. I think it would be such a good feeling to emerge yourself in different cultures.
As my bestfriend and I have talked about travelling, we have discussed some places that we would like to visit. I will list 3 places and explain why we want to go there...

As my bestfriend and I have talked about travelling, we have discussed some places that we would like to visit. I will list 3 places and explain why we want to go there...
1. France - You may have heard of the Love Lock Bridge which is located in Paris. It is a bridge where, couples, friends, partners family or bestfriends go and place a lock on the bridge. The lock resembles their relationship last forever. This is something we have always wanted to do together.
2. South Africa - Now, not a lot of people would like to visit a place like this. I personally would love to be able to spend a bit of time there. The culture would be so different which is something I would like to experience. I would like to see the area of the slums and maybe even be able to help the area in some way. I believe that it would be so rewarding to do something like that, not just for yourself but the people in the area. I would also love to try and climb Kilimajaro, which is a mountain in South Africa. If I were to do this, I would definitely do it for charity and it would tick something off of my bucket list!
3. Sarajevo - I am a huge lover of history. If I go somewhere, I want to know the history of the place. I guess it is like an old person in an 18 year olds body. In Sarajevo, there is abandoned Winter Olympic ruins from 1984. I would find something like this so interesting to see and experience.
Above are only examples of 3 places I would like to visit with my bestfriend, on our travelling journey. There are so many more places.
I would like to thank Sophie for letting me feature on her blog and I am excited for her post for my blog, so keep an eye out!
